Cox|McLain Environmental Consulting Inc. (CMEC) is a HUB/DBE/WBE-certified environmental consulting firm founded in 2007 with offices in Dallas, Houston, and Austin, Texas and Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our experienced staff includes biologists, wetland ecologists, planners, GIS specialists, archeologists, archival researchers, architectural historians, and a historic architect.

CMEC specializes in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), and state antiquities code compliance and produces Environmental Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements, historic buildings/structures reports, archeological reports, and other compliance documents.
